How can I track my package?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email account attached to your order to enable you to track it.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Every order is custom made.  Once an order is placed it usually ships within 10 business days after purchase date.

 

Can I cancel my Dresses or tote bags order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled at least 2 days after initial purchase.

 

What are the acceptable payment methods?

PayPal, Major Debit and Credit Cards are our acceptable methods of payments.

 

Do you offer gift certificates for dresses and tote bags?

Yes, gift certificates will be available for purchase on our store’s website.

 

Do you offer promo codes/discounts?

Yes, periodically seasonal discounts and promo codes will be advertised via email, social media, and store website.

 

Are all sizes available?

Sizes include small, medium, large, and extra-large.

 

How long will my store credit be valid?

Up to 1 year after it's issued.

 

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What is your return policy?

Merchandise can be exchanged for a store credit within 30 business days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in excellent condition, along with original tags attached. Items must also be unworn or unsoiled.
